Reservation Policy

We accept reservations up to four weeks in advance. Please note for parties 7 or less, we have a two hour dining window from your scheduled reservation time, and for parties of 8 or more, we have a three hour dining window from your scheduled reservation time.

Afterwards, the tables are rebooked for our next reservation. We cannot guarantee your seating will be available beyond the above dining windows. If you need special accommodations beyond this time, it is best to contact us directly.

How to make a reservation at the Garden Retreat

You can book by contacting us via email, phone, or by using the Resy app.

The Resy app will show you our reservation availabilities depending on the size of your party.

Please note that use of the Resy app is subject to their additional terms of service and privacy policies.

Cancellations or No-shows

If you need to cancel, please do so at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time of your reservation.

We require credit card information, upon reservation, and no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to 30$/person charge.

Changes

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to add guests or change the time of your

We will do our best to accommodate additional guests, but it is best to notify us of these changes 24 hours or more in advance. We cannot guarantee additional seats or alternative accommodations are available for changes after this time.

Lateness

While things come up, and parking or traffic concerns happen, we ask that you please be as prompt as possible to your reservation. If you are expecting you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible before your reservation

Reservations will only be held for up to fifteen (15) minutes after the time it was booked for.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome, but priority will be given to accommodating our reservations first.

Parties of 8 or more people may experience greater difficulty getting a walk-in accommodation, so please call before you come.

Groups of 8 or more

Temporary changes to our hours may be posted on our social media accounts, so please feel free to check them out and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay updated.

Our last booking availability is 2 hours before we close.

Accessibility concerns and special accommodations

If you have any accessibility concerns or require special accommodations for your visit, please contact us.

Closures

In the event of a sudden closure (eg. weather, etc.) or cancellation on our end, you will not be charged for missing your reservation.

We may be closed at times even during our regular open hours for private event bookings.
